Payment Methods

When ordering items in the Zenvya online store you can use the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro)
    A valid credit or debit card is required for this payment method. We reserve the right to check the validity of the card. The amount will be reserved on your card and debited after the goods have been shipped.
  • PayPal
    For this payment method you need a PayPal account to which you can log in during the payment procedure. If you don't have a PayPal account yet, go to their website and create an account for free.
  • iDEAL
    If you choose iDEAL, you pay for your order directly via online banking.
  • Zenvya gift card
    You can pay for all or part of your order with your Zenvya gift card. If the balance on your gift card is higher than the order amount, the balance on your gift card will be adjusted automatically.
  • Klarna invoice
    This payment service is offered in collaboration with Klarna Bank AB. The payment term is 14 days from shipment of the items.
    Klarna invoice is only available with a positive credit assessment. During the ordering process, your personal information will be sent to Klarna for an address and credit check. We can only offer you the available payment methods based on the result of this credit check. General information about Klarna and the terms of use can be found at KLARNA.COM . If you choose this payment method, you enter into an agreement directly with Klarna to which the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS and PRIVACY POLICY of Klarna invoice apply. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, please choose another payment method.

To ensure security and prevent fraud, all payments are validated and approved by both the card issuer/payment provider and ourselves. We reserve the right to refuse a particular payment method and/or refer to another payment method, depending on the circumstances.
