Warranty and complaints


We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Gold plated

The advantage of gold plated jewelry is that they are more affordable than real gold jewelry. Gold plated jewelry has a gold plated layer of gold. The gold-plated layer is a thin layer that will wear off over time. This can make your jewelry less beautiful over time. This can be caused by contact with certain liquids, the acidity of your skin or perspiration, so we cannot guarantee this.

To ensure that the layer of gold remains beautiful, it is important that you watch out with water and other liquids (perfume, cream, sweat, etc.). If the piece of jewelery comes into contact with liquids, the layer of gold can wear off. You end up with a silver piece of jewelry.
