Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. If you want to receive a different product, we ask you to place a new order.

Return

Do you want to return the order? This is also not a problem at all. After arrival of your order you have 30 days to return it.

How does it work?

  1. Download the return form here
  2. Put the product in the original packaging together with the return form.
  3. The return shipment is at your own expense and risk.
  4. The money will be refunded to the account with which payment was made. We do this when the products are returned to us undamaged and unused. If the products are damaged or lost along the way, we can no longer do anything with this. So make sure that the products are packaged extra well (in a box, and not in an envelope) and are sent with Track & Trace.
  5. Once the return has been received by us, it will take a maximum of 10 working days for it to be processed and 5-7 days for the money to be back in your account.
  6. It is not possible to return products purchased in the webshop to the store. Vice versa, you cannot return products purchased in the store in the webshop.
  7. A return shipment must be provided with a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. When returning 18 carat gold jewelry, we always recommend sending the shipment by registered and insured mail.
