Guarantee of authenticity from Zenvya
To guarantee the authenticity of the silver and gold in the gemstone jewelry, Zenvya is affiliated with Waarborg Nederland in Joure . In addition, we are an officially registered trademark in the BOIP register .
Sellers of silver jewelery weighing more than 8 grams and gold jewelery weighing more than 1 gram are required by law to have all this jewelery inspected by, for example, Waarborg Nederland. At Zenvya we do this of course. To guarantee the authenticity of the entire range, we do various tests / random checks on jewelery under this weight.
In addition, we work with 2 permanent production teams, of which we are sure that the quality / materials are genuine and good. All jewelery is also stamped with a hallmark.
Furthermore, we only use natural (real) gemstones in the jewelry. Here too we do various tests / research to guarantee authenticity. Think, for example, of assessing the colours, structure or lab tests.
