HSP stands for Highly Sensitive Person. It is not a disorder or disease, but you have a more open energy field and a more sensitive nervous system compared to non-highly sensitive people.
I've known for a few years that I'm HSP. For me, HSP is a strength that allows me to quickly grasp things and live from my inner self. Although it is a strength, it is sometimes difficult to live with and my environment does not always understand it.
How do you recognize HSP?
When you are HSP, you experience stimulation more strongly. Think of being more sensitive to emotions, pain, pleasure and other physical or mental experiences. But someone with HSP is also more sensitive to sounds, smells, visual and tactile stimulation and absorbs more impressions from the environment.
